Student records are maintained in accordance to Florida Administrative Code 6A-1.0955. The ACCS Security of Student Records policy can be found below in the policy manual in Section 7- 7.2.1
In accordance with Florida Administrative Code 6A-1.6.0791, the process for a parent to request an appointment of a special magistrate for a dispute can be found in the ACCS Policy manual below. The ACCS Unresolved Student Welfare Complaints policy can be found below in the policy manual in Section 15.
In accordance with Florida Statute 1012.42 (2), teachers teaching out of field, the current list of ACCS teachers teaching out of field can be found here.
